WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Looking for a motivated individual that wants be a part of our team as an Outside Sales Representative.

• Applicants could also live in Central or Southern Kansas area.
• As a Sales Representative you must show the ability to call on and provide service to established wholesale accounts, as well as call on prospective customers to secure new business relationships.
• The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of automotive and/or agriculture equipment with previous sales experience preferred.
• We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and show excellent customer service skills.
• This position is a base salary plus commission with a break-over bonus plan attached allowing for continued salary growth ++.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Some overnight travel may be required.
• Must be Self Motivated and career driven with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using basic computer software, email programs and the willingness to learning new technology.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills -- in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Must have a current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Be able to maintain professional business relationships to ensure account retention, growth and client satisfaction.
• Presentation of new items and sales promotions during each visit.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Process return goods from wholesale customers while on assigned routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in parts delivering as needed.
• Clean and maintain supplied Company Vehicle

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
