WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Motivated individuals that want be a part of our team as an Outside Sales Representative. 

• As a Sales Representative you must show the ability to call on and provide service to established wholesale accounts in Central Kansas, and Southern Nebraska, as well as call on prospective customers to secure new business relationships. 

• The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of automotive and/or agriculture equipment with previous sales experience preferred. 

• We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and show excellent customer service skills.

Applicant should live in Central Kansas area. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Some overnight travel may be required. 

• Must be Self Motivated and career driven with the ability to work independently. 

• Comfortable using basic computer software, email programs and the willingness to learning new technology. 

• Above average communication skills -- in person, on the phone, and in writing. 

• Must have a current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. 

• Be able to maintain professional business relationships to ensure account retention, growth and client satisfaction. 

• Presentation of new items and sales promotions during each visit. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills. 

• Process return goods from wholesale customers while on assigned routes. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in parts delivering as needed. 

• Clean and maintain supplied Company Vehicle 

• This position is a base salary plus commission with a break-over bonus plan attached.
