Position Overview
Provide overall strategic human resource leadership to the organization. Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment procedures, recruitment, selection, retention and leadership development. Assess and participate in the organization’s personnel practices to administer consistent application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with equivalent work experience.
· SPHR or PHR certification (preferred)
· Minimum of 5 years HR management experience (preferably at the Manager level)
· Hospital/Healthcare HR management/leadership experience (preferred)
· Excellent planning, decision-making, and communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
· Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the field of Human Resources
· Ability to lead, mentor and develop other HR team members
