AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Ron & Raina Hrabe will sell 1,880± acres in 9 Tracts at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:30 AM, CST at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Plainville, Kansas.

This land is all open and ready for IMMEDIATE POSSESSION on the cropland and the pasture. The Seller will retain the right to remove his machinery, tools and equipment, and will keep possession of the office at the feedlot until March 1, 2025. All loose panels and tanks will be removed.

There are no crops planted and the livestock will be removed by closing.

The feedlot has restrictions regarding the number of head and which pens are permitted for feedlot purposes. Additional water is available for the feedyard besides the rural water tap on Tract 7. Call for details.
