We are currently seeking qualified internal candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Clinical Programs: Certified Community Behavioral Health Program (CCBHC).

This position offers a unique chance to make a lasting impact on our clinical programs while contributing to the success of the CCBHC.

Job Summary:

In this impactful role, you’ll play a pivotal part in guiding our clinical teams, elevating program quality, and driving innovation in mental health and addiction services. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Programs, you’ll provide both administrative and clinical leadership for the CCBHC Program. Your key responsibilities will include shaping and refining service delivery, ensuring top-notch care, and fostering positive outcomes for the clients we serve. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the oversight and direction of CCBHC clinical programs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
  • Providing administrative and clinical supervision
  • Supporting the development of clinical staff and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Enhancing patient outcomes through innovative care models

 

Qualifications Summary:

  • Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree and be licensed by the Kansas BSRB in one of these fields: Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling (Mental Health), or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must have clinical supervisory and managerial experience.
  • Proficient in using technology and committed to continuous improvement in applying technological tools and processes.
