General Description: This tract of land is all excellent native grass except for a 10 acre tract that is retired CRP. There is a water well that has PVC casing and I have been told it will produce abundant water although the windmill is in need of repair since the reel is laying on the ground. The fences are in poor condition.

Minerals: Seller agrees to convey 100% of the Sellers interest to the purchaser. All minerals are believed to be intact
