Description
2003 Arctic Cat 250 2x4 mechanic special, I bought it under impression it needed carb cleaned, I bought a new carb, starter solenoid relay, air cleaner. Fired right up, however there's something going on with the transmission. High won't engage, low sometimes will engage and will reverse, unknown what's wrong.
