Position Overview
We are a successful State Farm Agency in Hays looking for our next great team member. Hours would be a permanant position of 8:30-5:00 M-F. (some flexability here)
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claim submission/follow up and billing clarification
- Rental management can included questions on leasing our properties, tracking rent, and maintenance requests. You would also do monthly settlements/statements
- You will assist other team members with office duties as needed
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain a strong work ethic and committment to success every day
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal & listening
- Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proactive in problem solving
- Pride in getting work done in a timely manner
- Ability to multi task & work in a team environment
- Ability to get property causualty licensed
- Ability to avoid playing on your cell phone when you should be working
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected & realize thier dreams
