This item was recieved sealed and opened by me for function testing. All keys appear to work properly (macro keys require Razer software so they were not checked, but are nice and clicky). Scroll wheel works as it should. I would guess it was recertified because it has a small scrach on the underside of the keyboard (shown in photos).
