     The Pringle-Gehr Family proved up these claims and settled on this land in 1886-87. They came on the train from Harper, Kansas and were one of the first 13 people to settle in Greeley County. They also were the 2nd couple to be married in White Methodist Church in Tribune. Four generations have prospered on this farm and now the time has come to divest from the property.

     There are several abandoned natural gas wells and one abandoned salt water disposal well. Acquisition of the property will be free from any warranty or representations concerning the status of the aforementioned wells, their fitness for use or their compliance with any regulatory bodies.
