The Big Bend Groundwater Management District No. 5 (“District”) hereby issues this request for proposal (“RFP”). The District is seeking proposals from individuals or firms interested and qualified to enter into a Lease Agreement for the lease of seven parcels of land. The Proposers will be allowed to bid on all parcels or individual parcels

RFP 202409002 Hunting Lease - The land is divided between seven parcels as indicated below:

1. RSC01 – approximately 79.50 acres of land known as the South half of the Northwest quarter of 03-24S-11W in Stafford County.
2. RSC02 – approximately 158.57 acres of land known as the Northwest quarter of 08-23S-11W in Stafford County.
3. RSC03 – approximately 40.11 acres of land known as the South half of the North half of the Southwest quarter of 11-24S-11W in Stafford County.
4. RSC04 – approximately 153.03 acres of land known as the Northwest quarter of 13-23S-11W in Stafford County.
5. RSC05 – approximately 157.98 acres of land known as the Southwest quarter of 14-23S-11W in Stafford County.
6. RSC06 – approximately 159.00 acres of land known as the Southwest quarter of 16-23S-11W in Stafford County. Water Right File No. 45846 is authorized to divert up to 15.00 acre-feet of groundwater to 18.00 acres for recreation use within this parcel.
7. RSC07 – approximately 156.91 acres of land known as the Northwest quarter of 24-23S-11W in Stafford County.
