AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Gwen Huck et al. will sell 420± ACRES OF CROPLAND AND GROWER LOT at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION on Tuesday, October 8th at the Carpenter 4-H Building in Scott City, Kansas.          

      TRACT 1 has 200.08 acres of cropland with a center pivot which will be removed by the Seller. There are no growing crops on this quarter so possessions will be at closing.

      TRACT 2 consists of 153.89 acres of EXCELLENT cropland with a corn crop which will be harvested by the Sellers with possession at closing.

      TRACT 3 is 60± acres with 27 grower pens, concrete cattle working facility complete with scales, loadout chute, 2 sick pens, 1 stock water well and 1 domestic water well. The Seller will remove all manure from the premise allowing the Buyer to have a GREAT GROWER LOT ready for cattle!
