·       The Ellsworth Coop is hiring for a service station manager in Ellsworth, responsibilities include:

  Responsible for purchasing, pricing, and developing effective retail programs on tires, batteries, accessories, fuel supplies and services. maintains acceptable inventory controls.

·         Coordinates daily scheduling for the service station.

·         Responsible for maintenance, repair, and housekeeping for the service station, including other service station equipment and facilities.

·         Maintains inventory control of fuel and orders fuel and fills propane tanks as needed.

·         Manages service station personnel, which includes hiring and training employees.

·         Delivers fuel to customers, including but not limited to farmers.

·         Responsible for ensuring that interior and exterior of service station facility is neat, clean and in good condition.

·         Presents a clean and professional appearance.

·         Responsible for prompt and regular attendance.

·         Effectively communicates by verbal and written means with customers, employees and management.

·         Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative.
