Description

2003 Mastercraft X-Star ~700 hours, MCX 5.7L engine.

New plugs, wires, ignition coil, fuel pump, thermostat and perfect pass servo (stargazer GPS) 3 years ago. New back sun deck and front “cooler” seat reupholstered in 2022. New flooring in 2023 along with 2 new 7.7 Fusion tower speakers. (All original, 4, 6.5 tower speakers are also included w/ new (2022) Polk speakers). Has JBL sub and amp added in front compartment. Installed new Fusion head unit and remote in 2024, better control and added Bluetooth. Added FAE exhaust in 2022. Custom vinyl wrap that makes it a one of a kind. There are some normal bumps and scuffs for this year of boat on the exterior and 1 spot where the previous owner hit a dock on the front pickle fork, above the water line and is only cosmetic. Starts and runs every time, has an awesome wakeboard wake and a decent surf wake using a suck gate. Bimini is in good shape, 1 button is broke and a small tear by it, but does not effect the function of it. The Bimini boot is ripped, but it still covers it when wrapped tight. Boat cover also included, but being the original, it has been patched and repaired several times. It still covers 98% of the boat though. Blower works and in boat heater blows air, the heating coil was removed due to a leak though and can easily be replaced if desired. Has front and rear bilge pumps on a dual switch, both work great. Lights, horn, etc. all work as they should. Dual batteries with selector switch and on board charger.

Some of the seats are cracked, only the vinyl. There is one bad spot on a seat back in the front where the front lift-up storage area that rubs every time you open it, that spot has a good size tear. The RPM gauge does not work. The Speedometer works if the paddle wheel is aligned perfectly, but being analog, it is hit and miss. The GPS Perfect pass shows both RPM and Speed so I have never worried about the other 2 gauges. 1 of the 4 board racks is stuck closed, could be repaired, but other 3 work perfect and is all we needed.

It has a small transmission leak. Looks to be coming from the rear seal. Drained and flushed all transmission oil and refilled adding Stop Leak. The leak lessened quite a bit; but is still barely there. Checking it daily will keep you running as long as you want. Might be a good off-season fix to be done though. Price is reflecting of this.

Trailer has one spot where a blowout happened on the previous owner that took out the back light on the passenger side. Tandem axle with the spare included. Surge brakes and foldable tongue. Bunks are in good shape but could use a recovering. We have black waterproof carpet bought for it, just have not had the time to do it yet. Will include it with the sale.

Winterized and serviced by Marine World of Wichita, KS every year. Open for lake tests for serious buyers. Call / Text 316 - seven six five - 2249
