Barton Community College seeks replacement Adjunct Faculty to instruct Leadership Seminar courses in the Civilian Leadership Development Program (CLDP).  CLDP prepares Fort Riley DOD civilians with leadership skills training and networking opportunities aimed at producing forward thinking, informed civilian leaders. Three 3-credit hour classes are offered twice per year: April-September and October-March, with class meetings typically twice per month in the AM. In person, on site instruction required.  Interested individuals are required to have a Master’s degree in the field or a Master’s in a related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Leadership, or Economics. A minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience may be substituted with administrative approval. Qualified candidates must have experience with teaching courses using various LMS systems. Teaching leadership and management courses to include different leadership styles and processes favored. Experience/understanding with or of military operations or DOD employment favored. Strong communication skills required. Class is operated by Barton Community College with close communication with the Directorate of Human Resources at Ft. Riley.
