Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate customer records. They will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Empathy and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with composure
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• A positive and customer-centric attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a Background Check
• Right to work in the United States
