4" concrete slab with plumbing in the concrete makes for simple delivery and bolting down. Very simple seal to keep rodents out and bank loanable with many banks.

We are currently 16-20 weeks from order to delivery on fully finished models and 3-4 weeks on unfinished shell buildings.
