Front tractor axle pivot flopping around?
Backhoe bucket ears worn out?
Hitch flopping around on your plow?
I can repair those worn out holes (Line boring) by either welding the hole and machining back to size, or by machining and pressing in bushings. (Depends on the situation.)
It's much cheaper to have it repaired, instead of replaced. For example, a typical front tractor axle rebuild is about $1,600 where as a dealership will put in all new parts for about $22,000!
I can also make all new mounts with our CNC plasma table.
I can also remove seized pins, bushings, bearings or pulleys in the field with my portable hydraulic press.
