We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:

• Attain Company sales goals, reach store sales levels, and motivate retail staff to meet individual sales quotas
• Promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
• Supervise daily retail store operations, including hiring and training staff, maintaining store appearance, and ordering and maintaining inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Build relationships through community engagement
• Educate customers on wireless products, services, and promotions
• Resolve product and service issues and determine customer needs and best solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Applied Business/Sales, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing/Merchandising, or the equivalent
• Three to five years of professional business, customer service, wireless technology or retail sales experience, or equivalent work experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
