We are selling our 2005 Keystone Springdale fifth wheel camper. Inside is in great condition besides a couple small cosmetic issues (cracking linoleum flooring) everything works as it should, cold AC and hot heat. We put a new max air max fan in the bathroom, it is motorized and has a thermostat. We put a new memory foam RV Queen size mattress in it, slept on maybe twice. New stainless (plastic) kitchen faucet. No leaks and no water damage. Fridge works on electric and gas. The only thing it needs is a slide out motor, easy to replace (2 bolts and a wire nut) we just don’t have the time to mess with it, the slide can be operated with a drill or impact. We sold our pickup and can’t pull the camper anymore, along with a new arrival in the family we just don’t have the time to use it. The camper is located in Dorrance Ks but we live in hays.
