The City of Russell is seeking professional and community-oriented individuals for a full-time Water Plant Operator.

This position includes the operation, analysis, and general maintenance of the City of Russell’s Water Production systems which result in the delivery of safe and clean drinking water for our community. The employee will be provided with on-the-job training with opportunities for certification and continuing education. Employee is required to obtain and maintain at least a Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Class II Water Operator Certification after eighteen months in the position.
