2006 Four Winds 31' Class-C RV. The chassis only has 16,000 miles on it (original motor and transmission). Uses no oil. Has plenty of power. 

This RV is well built and in Excellent condition. It has one slide on the driver's side, a single rooftop AC unit, propane heat, a 6-gallon propane hot water heater, a receiver hitch. There is a queen bed (new mattress) in the master, single bed in the cab over, and both the dinette and couch turn into twin beds.
