Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems has an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Registration Clerk in our Emergency Room Department. The Patient Registration Clerk is responsible for inpatient / outpatient registrations for MCHHS. Obtains proper patient identification, demographics, and financial information to adequately register the patient in a positive encounter. Maintains a professional image and a constant focus on providing excellent customer service to patients and families. Hours are 6am to 6 pm, varied days. Qualifications
High School graduate or its equivalent
Computer operator skills is required
Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
