Like new and in great condition.
Stored inside my house and I do not smoke or have cats;)

I also always used a mattress cover - dust and waterproof cover when I used these mattresses to protect them completely.

I used this for about 3 years and I had them stored inside my house since they were expensive since they are the high grade memory foam and egg crate foam.

My preference when sleeping is to use both the memory foam as my base layer and a high density egg crate foam on top.  

Low grade egg grate foam or memory foam just will not last and the foam cells become flat over time.

I also have some other good smaller sized mattress toppers shown in the last photo in case you are interested in those also.

Yes, I kept way too many good memory foam and egg crate mattresses in my house;), but I am moving soon so selling all the items that I have hoarded for way too long.
