Structurally sound with no leaks.  I have no cover lid.  Large valve and fitting could be torch removed.  No danger of fire or explosion.  This tank once contained tar that is used by road crews.  I originally bought it to hold waste motor oil.  I can easily load it.  Text or call me at 785 657-zero zero zero seven.  Calls should be after noon-time;  I have morning job inside a building where I don't get phone service.  Any time on the weeked, or long after dark is no problem.
