This was my dads pickup.  It was used on our family farm.  Front tires are new last summer, rear tires are 40% tread.  It's dirty from the recent snow storm & our dirt floor shop but don't let that fool you.  It has some cosmetic flaws like any farm pickup such as torn drivers seat, paint loss on flatbed, & carpet stains.  However, you may be hard pressed to find a low mile 7.3L Powerstroke that is set up better to go to work.  
Manual transfer case makes it towable behind an implement.
This is a reliable pickup w/ a lot of life left in it.
