S&W SUPPLY specializes in providing aftermarket automotive / oilfeild / industrial parts, supplies, and accessories. S&W Supply is currently seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our team in the Russell, KS location. Must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturday morning shifts. May be required to work additional hours during peak times.

A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading and motivating the store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper inventory levels. The Store Manager must be willing to use the stores point of sale systems to process transactions, track inventory and manage customer data. The Store Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Should possess the ability to fully understand the ins and outs of the business.

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Should have strong planning and organizational skills.

• Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.

• Should utilize a strong knowledge of company policies and product warranties.

• Keep store and work area orderly, neat, and clean

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Being able to understand alpha-numerical numbering system.

• Able to squat, bend, walk, & work on feet for multiple hours throughout the day.

• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving items and boxes up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
