The Fort Hays State University Foundation team is hiring for the following position:

Director of Development

The Director of Development is part of a high-performing, donor-centered team responsible for raising funds for the benefit of Fort Hays State University. This position will lead qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects, specifically for Fort Hays State University’s Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship. 

A bachelor’s degree is required with three years of fundraising experience preferred. A history of setting and exceeding annual goals, or 5+ years of professional transferable experience in positions that were metrics-focused, required measurable output, and involved relationship-building is also preferred.
