Another Great Auction brought to you by Top Wichita Auction and this one is out of Augusta Kansas and it is BIG with 742+/- Lots to Liquidate The Robert L. and Karlene G. Gass Living Trust and Estate.  The Gass family have lived in this home for years and now the family has sold it and everything has to be cleared out! Mr. Gass started out in the Navy as a Submarine Captain and moved on to work in the nuclear field. Any hobby he got involved in was “full steam ahead”!  He bought quality tools, mowers, power tools and the like. Craftsman, Kubota, Simmons to name a few.   Mrs. Gass had a small China shop on State Street for years called Lo Vellette.  That is where she learned to appreciate some of the finer things in life like China, Crystal, Art and Décor. When they closed their store, some merchandise came home with them.  You may discover some “neat items” because we are selling it all from the contents of the home, full basement, garage and 3 sheds full ( 2 of sheds are selling as well.  Please Note:  We did a little cleaning of the items for better presentation of the pictures but the home fell in a little disarray the last few years and the home was not what you would call clean.  You are buying everything in AS IS condition with dust and all.  Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax.

5 lots a minute starting at 6:30 with soft close and extended bid feature
