• over 18 different home made authentic German foods to try including Grun Bohna und Kneebble Suppe (Green Bean Dumpling Soup), Deutsch Kartoffelsalat (German Potato Salad), Kartoffelbrot (Potato Bread), Bierocks and Rahm Nudel (Cream Noodles);
• live Polka Music to dance to by Wes Windholz;
• a free Hops and the House Brew Fest plastic stein;
• a photo opportunity in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th OR 5th seat of a 9 door station wagon (bring a group of 15 and we will get a photo of every one of you in it at the same time.

Not a beer drinker? That's OK we will have water, tea and coffee or YOU can BYOB.

BONUS: Ellis County Historical Society will be set up to sell Volga German items.

Join us that Saturday night and spend $25 for all of the above PLUS you are helping a non-profit raise money for annual projects that benefit the community and schools.
