This Northwood Goofus Glass Bowl is from late 19th to early 20th century.  It is made of glass with unbaked enamel finish on the bottom.  Goofus Glass preceded Carnival Glass and was an inexpensive prize given at fairs and carnivals.  

It is in fair condition.  The glass is perfect, but the unbaked enamel gold paint is worn.

It is marked "N", which was Northwoods mark.
