Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with trades, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Read and interpret estimates, materials sheets, roof snaps, and roofing project plans
- Schedule and supervise construction activities, including tear off, materials and equipment pick up and delivery, materials installation, and safety compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Be on-site throughout the course of the project to monitor progress and quality of work
- Address and correct any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Provide daily project progress updates to CEO
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, P.O. numbers, change orders, and permits

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing products, materials, processes and techniques
- Strong knowledge and experience in the installation of common types of commercial roofing including TPO, EPDM, Rolled Roofing, Foam, Metal, Asphalt, Modified Bitumen, Coatings, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Must have valid driver's license.

Salary: $89,496.00 - $94,673.00 per year
