2 weaned KSU Holstein STEER calves. Kansas State University ran a research project on a handful of bull calves testing higher protein quantities for a better growth and future feed out calves. These two were had three feedings of colostrum at birth and then stayed on cow milk until weaning. They were on high protein feed and currently weigh 235 pounds each at 10 weeks old. Would be awesome feed out steers! Both are currently eating calf mania starter pellets mixed with distillers corn.
