Christensen Arms Mesa Lipseys Exclusive
6.5 Creedmoor with 22 Barrel
This Mesa is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and comes with a 22" black cerakote barrel with integrated radial muzzle brake.
Christensen Arms takes great care in building its entry production rifle. The Remington 700 style short-action receiver is factory spot bedded in a fiberglass stock with an aluminum bedding block that is finished in armor gray with black webbing. The bolt is hand lapped to match the action and is nitride treated for extra surface hardness.
This is a hard-to-find Lipsey's Exclusive with a featherlight contour stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 rate of twist. Other features include swivel studs, skeletonized bolt handle, Trigger Tech trigger, hinged floor plate with internal magazine, 4-round capacity, Weaver scope mount base pairs, and a soft Christensen Arms recoil pad. There are a lot of great upgrades here compared to other entry-level offerings.
This rifle is used, and the only reason I'm parting ways with it is because I got a sweetheart deal on a new one. There is only one small blemish on the top of the barrel. The bolt shows reasonable wear from use, but the ejector, extractor and bolt face are all in excellent condition. Overall, it is in great used condition and ready for its next hunting trip.
