Werth Wealth Management is seeking a Marketing Director to join our growing team. This individual will help us shape our brand presence, continue providing first-class interactions to current and prospective clients and identify enhancement opportunities. Qualified individuals will have the ability to deliver our company’s mission, vision, and values in a consistent manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- CRM/Touchpoint management

- Website design and maintenance

- Design and creation of client-facing and advertising materials

- Sponsorship coordination

- Review/Editing of client commentary and correspondence

- Lead video production efforts

- Coordination with compliance department for approvals

Key Skills:

- Communication, both written and verbal

- Evaluate and enhance the aesthetic appeal of marketing material

- Collaborate with team members and incorporate ideas into strategies

- Evaluate and edit websites and social media profiles

- Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines

- Proficiency with design software (Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

- Optimize website/social media content for targeted markets

To be selected as candidate, you will need to be a motivated self-starter with a background in marketing. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills are required for this position and will set candidates apart.
