We remodeled an old camper and have used it as our family wagon for the last few years..we have outgrown it! 

Has a nice bunkbed full on bottom twin on top. Has a bench seat (that could be used to sleep on) and we have a coleman cot that fits one more person. So would sleep 3 adults and 2 kids comfortably.

Has a bathroom only for storage..we do not have propane or water hooked up in bathroom. You can use the kitchen sink with water hook up but will be just cold water.

Has hard wood flooring, a window ac that is only 1 yr old, and microwave. Has lots of cabinet space. Has lights inside (2 of them do not work the other 3 do) also has a camper size refrigerator that is only 3 yrs old very clean and works great!

Will not provide linens I have protective bed covers on both Mattresses. Curtains to keep the sun out. 

Cedar bluff area only! We will set up at your camp spot and come pick up when done. It's not perfect but it's a lot colder and more comfy than a tent!

Will also do weekly rates! Attention hunters! Attention small families!

Has a 6500 watt generator for rent additional as well!

$40 per night

We provide a portable toilet, extra fan, floats, portable hot shower, umbrella, etc for a small additional fee if needed!
