Are you needing a replacement for your sagging headliner ? I bought this replacement and I didn't get around to installing it for awhile. I didn't notice that I didn't get the one for my application  because mine had a center console hole. It was way too late to send it back , so I went ahead and installed it because it looked better than what I had. It's a preformed plastic backing with a light greay fabric just like factory. I'm not going to lie, it doesn't fit like factory but it does fit, and look better than sagging material. I think I paid $300 for it , now I see it's $350. I'll take $75.
