I'll be starting a position at Nex-Tech in August and I'm in search of a 2-bedroom or a 3-bedroom apartment in Hays to lease. 

Family Size: 3 (father, mother, and infant)
Move-in: Between July 31st - August 3rd
Budget: $700 - $850 monthly excluding utilities; $800 - $1,150 all utilities included. (Can pay a bit higher for the right place)
Length: 12 months lease (Can do 24 months too).
Pets: Yes, a 7lbs well-behaved Chihuahua.

I have a great credit score (740+), and a decent rental history with no missed rent payments or any disagreement with previous landlords. I also treat rental properties like my own and lead a quiet life.
