Entire building was made to be powerwashed on the regular and it has done great with it, I have 2 areas of the floor that can be redone where the paint was scratched by anxious dogs but that isn't necessary as it's just a small flaw. 

The lofted roof is only partially insulated, the building does come with all of the insulation to finish it. I personally use both lofted areas for storage. 

Will sell just the building or the building with kennels.

The business will include all current customers and I have bookings out until December 2023 already. (If it stays in/local to Elkhart, KS)
This will also include all training, online booking system, and anything a person will need to know to start our running! 
I WILL NOT sell to just anybody. I have gone through hell to get this dream business and build it into what it is now, it has NOT been easy. 
The business is already making money, my P&L from Nov 2022-Now is in the positives.

I would not be selling if I wasn’t moving to a location where the facility cannot be placed….

I would look into offering payments with interest under a legal contract to the right person.
