Maudie is good with other dogs (and she’s spayed). Other 4-legged critters, not so much (which we have an abundance of and is why she needs a different home). She did have an issue with chickens but a shock collar seems to have cured that.
She loves attention from older kids and adults, babies and toddlers - not so much (which we also have an abundance of and is why she needs a different home).
She’s a 2.5 years old, Blue Heeler/Pit Bull mix, approximately 40-50 lbs (best we can tell). We’ve had her since she was 6 weeks old and abandoned in GC. She’s not current on shots but was given Bravecto flea and tick preventative in May so she won’t be due for that again until August.
She’s housebroke and knows basic commands. She really is very sweet and wants to just eat, get scratches, and lounge around or lay in a basket of dirty laundry or on your outdoor furniture to take a nap. She would be the perfect companion for a single person or couple, she would just be better suited to a home with no babies to raise and no livestock to chase and get her into trouble. I refuse to make one live in a kennel or on a chain 24-7.
To be clear, this dog HAS NOT bitten anyone.
Free to a good, loving home! Could possibly deliver her, depending on where you’re located.
