Trailer works well. Lights are LED but the wires should be mended or replaced. Clean title. New 999-1099 and they don't have LED lights which should last longer. I pulled it with small car for an economical way to go shopping at hardware store, furniture, get compost, take garbage to landfill. I also used to transport 10 sheep at a time. It's a do it all trailer for up to 2000lbs total. Has plates but I'm returning the plates to the county
