4 bedroom, 1 bath house with attached garage. Has partial basement. Occupant must agree to allow me to continue to work in basement to add 2nd bathroom. This is a work in progress as time deems with my job. There is a garage and carport in back yard that is not part of rental agreement. Occupant will pay all utilities and maintain yard. Anyone interested must complete an application with references.  Rent is $600.00 month and deposit is the same.  Both must be paid at time of rental agreement signing, no exceptions. Pets only upon my approval with a chance of a monthly pet fee. Residence is only for the individual signing agreement and family. Anyone else will need my approval as well as completing a rental application.
