This 3 slideout 5th Wheel Heartland Sundance camper is in excellent shape and has been well maintained over the years.

Like I say below, this is by far the best layout and best overall floor plan for Sundance this particular year or any year for that matter.
No leaks, no hail damage and no delamination on the outside skin like most used fiberglass sided campers have due to water and moisture damage.
No accidents, and no smokers or pets have been inside either.
This is why the furniture is in excellent shape and it was not used much on the road at all.
Everything is the original in this camper and everything works great, fridge, AC, furnace, etc.
As you might already know, Heartland Sundance 5th wheel campers were known for being extremely well made and built extremely strong.
As long as the owner keeps them properly sealed, like any camper should be, the Heartland Sundance campers can last you a lifetime.
The Hays Kansas Camper & RV Center sold these Heartland campers new for many years due to their superior quality and durability.
This one I am selling was actually sold by them and I am the 3rd owner and their dealer decal is still on it since the camper was stored in the shade for most of its life.
This camper was basically used in one location for most of its life. The camper was not hooked to a truck very often or moved and used on the road for traveling or trips.
4 months ago I bought brand new tires and I purchased a lifetime wheel rotation and balance for it.
The original tires with 80% tread left had a little bit of sidewall cracking from the sun and age so I just replaced them to be safe.
As you know, it is not worth driving a camper with somewhat aged tires on it even if a little sidewall cracking shows.
I spent a lot of time (25+ hours) and money coating the roof, sealing all roof seams, vents, AC shroud, caulking all the windows, slides, etc.
Most people neglect properly protecting their camper from water damage on the roof, seams, windows, vents, under the slides, corner end caps, etc.
This is why most campers get water damage, lose value, become ruined/salvaged or have ugly looking dalmatian/bubbling occuring on the fiberglass sides.
Not only does this look like crap, it will gradually get worse once delamination starts so you must prevent it from ever starting.
Please message me if you want to come see the camper or if you have any questions.
Also, you can message me your phone # and I can call you right back if that makes it easier for you.
I am only selling this camper, that I truly love and will miss, because I am moving out of town soon and I will also be selling my dually truck that I used to pull this with.
Please go on Google and type in "2009 Heartland Sundance Brochure" and look at all the floor plans.
This floor plan definitely looks like the best layout by far compared to the others layouts.
Also, you could put a ceiling curtain or removable room divider/partition on one side of the huge family room area.
This would allow you to create a private type bedroom/bunkroom for kids or company while still giving you an area to lounge/eat/watch TV while they sleep in.
The Amish crafted real wood cabinets, doors, drawers and TV entertainment system really make this 5th wheel camper feel like a home and very comfy.
The great layout, tan/navy blue colored furniture upholstery looks great to me and gives that huge living room a very comfy, cozy and very open space type feeling

Also, the same year and floor plan is selling for $15,000-$19,000.
The Hays, KS RV Camper dealership has a similar floor plan Heartland Sundance 2009 selling for $19,000.
Also, I have the best extended service plan available for a used camper.
My deductible is only $100 on any repair and it even covers a breakdown that requires a mobile RV technician to work on the 5th wheel camper.
I have locked in my low rate for the next 3 years just to be safe due to high rising costs of camper parts and service rates.
It will cover anything that might break down like the AC, furnace, water heater, slides, or anything else.
Anyway, I hope this information will help you out.
Again, please message me your phone number if you want to see it or if you have any questions and I will call you right back.
Thank you and have a great day!
