Brake slack adjuster is siezed - No services in Clay County for repair.

You will have to back the slack adjuster off or call a tow truck to move this truck. There are no longer services in this county for vehicle repair. Currenlty paying on medical bills. No money to call out of county repair businesses.  Truck is priced below average retail price to make up this difference.
