This trailer has been a great weekender package for me traveling with an A/C that'll freeze you out! It does have a insulated living area but it does NOT have a bathroom. The living quarters has a fold out couch that also makes into a queen size bed.
 

This trailer has 5 stalls with the first one having a stud wall. It has been well kept and stored without the mats out during the winter time. Just this last year we replaced the trailer bearings and brakes, and put new tires on  so it is road ready.
