16’ Bumper Pull.

The Cool Stuff:

Kitchen table folds down to queen size bed area. Storage under one kitchen table bench.  The other kitchen table bench is the fresh water tank and water heater.

2 Bunk beds. One bunk is 24” wide. The other bunk is a twin size space. Both about 6’ long. Both bunk beds fold up if not needed. Even if not needed, they both make great storage space! 

Shower and toilet (wet bath) are in the same space. Both function!

Fridge works! 2.5 cubic foot space with tiny freezer.

2 burner propane range works!

Microwave works!

Propane heater works! (Although a space heater does excellent at warming this small space!)

Has a radio, but no speakers.

Fiberglass exterior. (Insurance discount!)

Fun little camper!!!

The Not so Cool Stuff:

Water damage at the front window. This occurred 4-5 years ago. I have not had issues since silicon peeled and re-caulked and sealed. You can see the ripples on the exterior and the interior. 

It does have AC. But the compressor is failing. It will make cold air for about 30 minutes, then trip the breaker. I replaced the breaker in hopes that would fix it, but I was not so lucky. The it will still work in fan mode. Only the AC mode trips the breaker.... :-( 

I looked up the estimated values on NADA/JDPowers to get an idea of a fair asking price with the water damage and not functional AC.

Asking $3900. Reasonable offers will be considered.....
