Adapter off of a 2011 Shelbourne CVS32 that fits John Deere S series combines with full kit to convert header. 
 

Adapter Plate 

hydraulic and electrical quick connect 

Yoke for driveline 

gears for gearbox to get the correct speed for drive sheave and auger drive sprocket.
