This has been my primary hunting shotgun for the last 10 years, and Im confident you wont find a better used Benelli on the market. 
My only reason for selling it is that I do not shoot 3.5 shells anymore. In fact, I mostly hunt with my 28 gauge now.
The sale includes the original hard case, manuals and factory choke tubes. The factory choke tubes, oil and accessories were never used. The shotgun has a 28 barrel with a raised vent rib. The receiver portion of the barrel is tapped for a rail or scope mount.
There is a small scuff mark on the finish along the left hand side of the receiver area of the barrel, and that is pretty much it. You can see this in one photo.
I swapped the factory recoil pad with the Super Black Eagle 3 version. It seems to be a bit firmer and stays in the stock better.
Id prefer to meet at a licensed FFL for the transfer.
