JEM Farms is proudly offering AZIZ (meaning beloved), a Holstein bull calf that is currently 5 days old. He is the thickest and largest Holstein I have ever seen! He towers above all my other calves and he is extremely thick. Usually, my Holsteins that are taller are almost my skinnier ones but not this guy! He is a massive calf and would be perfect for a future butcher steer. He will finish out larger than any of my others. He is weighing in at 120+ pounds and will only pack on the pounds from here on. Let's not forget that he has a gorgeous heart on his! Awesome Valentine's day gift! He came directly from the dairy that I contracted to and just came straight from the dairy today. They gave him two full bottles of his mother’s colostrum and then began the whole milk protein formula. He is aggressive on the bottle as well! He has been vaccinated with Inforce 3, Enroflex, and Bose. I did include a video of him drinking his bottle along with our vaccination procedure. He is guaranteed to be scour-free, has no cough, no runny nose, is 100% healthy, and has no issues. All the calves are currently outside with access to two separate straw sheds with heat lamps to allow them to go out or decide to stay in the warmth. AZIZ is in Lindsborg Kansas at JEM Farms.
