Going in for the layup!! JEM Farms is very proud to offer a 6 day old Holstein bull calf tag number A6096 also known as Peyton (number 43 for K-State basketball) Currently weighs 85 pounds. He was born at the KSU dairy unit at the college where students are able to be hands on with dairy cattle and learn the process of birth to milking. He comes from extremely clean lines and outstanding genetics. Has had colostrum!!! Now on whole milk protein formula and transferred without any issues! He has been vaccinated with enforce 3, Enroflex, and Bose. I did include a video of him drinking his bottle this morning along with our vaccination procedure. He is guaranteed to be scour-free, has no cough, no runny nose, is 100% healthy, and has no issues. All the calves are currently outside with access to two separate straw sheds with heat lamps to allow them to go out or decide to stay in the warmth. Peyton is in Lindsborg Kansas at JEM Farms.
