Trijicon ACOG 4x32 with ARMS Throw-lever mount & back up iron sights.  This scope originally came with a Trijicon RMR mounted on top also.   I removed the RMR and I am running it on another gun.  (SO NO TRIJICON RMR INCLUDED) 

The mount remains if you want to add a reflex sight.  Also, the mounting plate is easily removed for a cleaner look.  The ARMS throw lever attachment makes for easy on & off installation.  I ran the scope on different uppers so the quick detach was handy.  

Figure 14 in the photos is representative of what the reticle looks like in this scope.
